Environment, Health and Safety (EH&S) department’s activities revolve around the production, management and distribution of compliant regulatory documents which are critical to the global transport of hazardous products, specifically chemical substances. In order to generate documents that are compliant with the latest regulations, EH&S professionals need an automated source of regulatory data and information on regulated chemicals. Depending on the Business Systems, the creation of regulatory documents and reports are streamlined and for added efficiency these products are updated and delivered on a quarterly basis. Additionally, whenever possible, Atrion’s DataLink products are certified for key ERP business systems. For SAP®, Atrion’s EH&S DataLink products consists of EH&S-OCC certified regulatory data that is loaded into the SAP® EH&S specification database and is used to support Product Safety functions within SAP® EH&S. Transport consists of data for UN List Substances and is an integral part of Atrion's Managed Regulatory Content. The gathered data is used to perform dangerous goods checks as well as populating the transport sections of Safety Data Sheets. Transport DataLinks reduces the time and costs associated with entering and maintaining dangerous goods data ensuring compliance with transport legislation. It also covers the following transport regulations: ADR, ADNR, RID, CFR, TDG, IATA, IMDG, and UN.
