Overview

Compliance means many different things, but for chemical companies, it usually refers to operational requirements that stem from catalyst regulations like REACH and GHS. With OSHA’s announcement to evaluate GHS/CLP for US manufacturers, US chemical companies in particular must be prepared to address and meet new compliance requirements across their supply chains—from procurement to manufacturing to distribution.

Chemical manufacturers concerned with the following issues should not miss this important webcast:

  • The impact of REACH and GHS on supply chain, and especially manufacturing, operations
  • The evolution of safety data sheets (SDS) and labels, including costs and best practices
  • The need to build compliance and traceability into production process for manufacturing excellent and compliance regulations
  • The need to have the right technology platform and software in place to support global compliance efforts, both now and in the future
