The new version enables the creation of Extended Safety Data Sheet, supplemented with translated Exposure Scenarios in all European languages and SDS with the new required formats and content to support the Classification, Labelling and Packaging (CLP) Regulation. “Atrion’s swift response to REACH Annex II, a massive new amendment which was published just over a month ago, validates Atrion’s ability to meet the ever changing global compliance requirements,” said Mrs. Liv Marthe Føllesdal, SDS Coordinator Europe and REACH Core Team Member at Dynea. “As the initial REACH deadline approaches, we are pleased to be working with our trusted partner Atrion to automate the creation of Safety Data Sheets in accordance with the most recent legislation.” REACH Annex II (Commission Regulation No. 453/2010 amending Regulation (EC) No 1907/2006) outlines new details for compliance with regulations specifying format and content of SDS in Europe and the requirements for manufacturers to create Extended Safety Data Sheets.
