IFS Renews a Strategic Content Agreement with Atrion Ensuring Global Materials Compliancey

Nijmegen, The Netherlands, September 29, 2003 – Atrion International Inc. (www.atrionintl.com) the leading developer and provider of a comprehensive range of advanced Materials Compliance Solutions for the Management and Product Stewardship of regulated materials—has signed an strategic joint content agreement with IFS (www.ifsworld.com), a leading global business application supplier.

Under this agreement, IFS and Atrion will continue to deliver a fully integrated Materials Compliance Solution into the standard IFS Applications solution. IFS clients can benefit from the full Atrion functionality (Content , Rules Engine and Intelligent Authoring Applications) as part of the IFS Solution. IFS will be mainly targeting Process Manufacturers, providing them with both a best of breed solution for this very specialized market, with the convenience of a pre-packaged solution.
