Working with you every step of the way, Atrion provides a variety of services that span the complete solution lifecycle. Our groups include; Professional Services, Regulatory Services, Customer Service and Education & Training.
Professional Services Group - offers a proven approach enabling clients to successfully leverage our software solutions to ensure ongoing regulatory compliance. Our Materials Compliance Suite (MCS) and Atrion Compliance Engine (ACE) implementations follow a proven, cost-effective process including: Pre-implementation analysis/blue printing and basic user training.
Regulatory Services Group - transfers knowledge to your staff through a variety of managed or outsourced services to meet both your short and long-term compliance needs. All of our certified consultants and staff are qualified professionals in their respective fields of expertise. They can assess, author, manage and explain reporting requirements of regulated products and substances—on demand.
Customer Service - is your direct connection with people who are committed to providing high-quality, professional service to keep your software running smoothly. Customer Service is available 15 hours/day from 8:00 am (CET) to 5:00 pm (EST) for standard maintenance customers. Extended support is also available through our “24/7” Program. Education and Training Group – offers training sessions of all levels that are taught by expert instructors and scheduled at Atrion’s corporate offices in North America (Montreal, Canada) and Europe (Nijmegen, The Netherlands) throughout the year. Private training sessions are also available and can be arranged with clients at their convenience. |
