IA Form Design – 2 days

Form design

Learn the basis of (M)SDS, labels and other types of safety documents customization/creation. During this session you will learn to create new forms such as multilingual labels, change the general aspects of your existing forms, use and create macros to automatically show/hide content at print time, create custom fields and other types of form objects. The skills you will acquire during this session will allow you to optimize your forms and use of IA.

This session is highly interactive and uses abundance of custom activities. Bring your ideas and our trainers will assist you implementing them (see recommended material).

Prerequisite: Introductory Authoring

In preparation/recommended material: Sketch or examples of documents you would like to create. List of the changes you would like to make to your current forms and an electronic copy of your company current forms you would like to customize (IA Proprietary format on a USB Stick or equivalent).
