IA System Administrator – 2 days

Learn all the technical skills required to install, configure and manage MCS from a technical /IT point of view. During this session you will learn how to install/upgrade/configure MCS (IA, DM, DL, TA, ..), Import/Export Data, automate functionality using Callbacks and Scripts, customize Intelligent Authoring to your corporation needs, and how to use the API calls to create interfaces between MCS and your custom applications.

Prerequisite: MIS Background
